Course Description:

The purpose of the Histoire 10 course is to help students understand the institutions of industrialized democratic societies. A variety of societies throughout the world will be studied, as well as societies from the past (18th and 19th century).

Histoire 10 consists in 5 main units:
1. Political decision making
2. Economic decision making
3. Ideology and the decision making process
4. International economic relations
5. International political relations. 

Please note:  This is a very demanding course.  It is expected that you spend 6 to 7 hours of work per lesson.  Also, because this a French Immersion course,  all the instruction, the assignments and all communication will be done in French.
